DESCRIPTION
OF THE ELECTROLYTIC MOTOR START CAPACITORS |
The
capacitive element is made of etched aluminum foils. Foils have
very thin and porouse aluminum oxide faces which are dielectric.
That aluminum foils are seperated by impregnated paper as the electrolyte.
The aluminum foils are connected by aluminum foils are connected
by aluminum tabs to the single or double faston terminals. Cases
moulded in bakelite material.

CONSTRUCTIONS
|
Etched aluminum
foils, paper, electrolyte, aluminum tab, special deck with safety
hole, bakelite case, mounting bracket and end cap cap(on request).

APPLICATIONS
|
That
non polarized capacitors are employed in single-phase induction
motors for increasing their starting torque.

WORKING
CONDITION
|
The
maximum starter ratings(NT) have been shown in the table 7,8,9.
Other duty cycles are available on request.
T=start-up time(sec)
t=off time.(see graph below)
Tmax=6 sec
T/(T+t)%=Working factor.
N=number of starts per hour.
NT=starter rating/hour
working condition is stated on the capacitor as below:
